Lemon & Garlic Tilapia

Lemon, garlic, tilapia… These are a few of my favorite things!

I love seafood. I always feel super light & fit after I eat a flaky piece of fish. Tilapia was on sale this week so that made it even better! This is another one of those quick & simple recipes to throw together when you get home.


  • Filet of White Fish (Tilapia, Sole, Flounder, Swordfish, Cod)
  • Garlic Salt
  • Parsley
  • Lemon
  • Butter
  • Pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking dish with tin foil and coat with non-stick spray. Place your filets in the baking dish. Season the fish with pepper and garlic salt. Melt in a microwave safe bowl 1 tbsp of butter. Drizzle over filets. Sprinkle parsley over the fish. Place in the oven and back for 30 minutes or until fish is white & flakes with a fork.
